Computer services, namely, acting as an application service provider to host database and risk management software in the field of human and animal public health for use in reporting, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information and data on diseases, public health syndromes, surveillance and risk management of infectious diseases and other public health hazards including bioterrorist attacks, for use by public health officials and agencies to control and prevent threats to public health, and not for use by health care providers in the administration, management, or provision of individualized medical care, including examinations, inspections, surgery, therapy or other treatment or procedures of any kind to humans or animals;

Security consultation services, namely assessing the vulnerability of government, military and commercial airports, ports, facilities, installations, bases, complexes, buildings and structures to terrorist attack and damage by various weapons means and attack paths excluding computer-based viruses and threats;

Risk management software for modeling and assessing security measures and the risk, likelihood and consequences of terrorist attack by various means and attack scenarios;
