Providing an on-line searchable database of professional business events for commercial purposes including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, expos, congresses and conventions; providing an on-line searchable database of ratings, reviews and referrals for commercial purposes relating to professional business events including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, expos, congresses and conventions;

Providing an on-line searchable database of ratings, reviews and referrals relating to woman owned businesses and the goods and services offered for sale and sold by such businesses; conducting business networking conferences and events through virtual domains and at brick and mortar venues that provide women, women owned businesses and sponsors with information and opportunities to learn and discuss their goods, services, and commercial endeavors from members, sponsors, dignitaries and invited speakers and guests, none of the foregoing in the fields of government affairs, government relations, politics or public policy issues;

Educational and entertainment services in the nature of conducting business leadership classes, workshops, seminars through virtual domains and at brick and mortar venues that provide women, women owned businesses and sponsors with information and opportunities to learn and discuss their goods, services, and commercial endeavors from members, sponsors, dignitaries and invited speakers and guests; creation, development, production and distribution of multimedia entertainment content in the nature of webinars, podcasts, live and recorded programming that provide women and woman owned businesses with information, reports, consulting and advisory services directed to fostering a better understanding of the operation, development and management of woman owned businesses, as well as these business' goods and services, and their experiences providing the same; creation, development, production and distribution of printed material in hard copy and electronic format, namely, writing of articles for periodicals other than for advertising or publicity and publishing of books, magazines, and electronic publications that provide women and woman owned businesses with information, reports, consulting and advisory services directed to fostering a better understanding of the operation, development and management of woman owned businesses, as well as these business' goods and services, and their experiences providing the same, none of the foregoing in the fields of government affairs, government relations, politics or public policy issues;

Computer services, namely creating an online community directed to women and woman owned businesses that is available to registered users, invited guests and sponsors providing opportunities to participate in individual and group discussions, receive peer and customer feedback, form virtual communities, and engage in social and business networking; creating online searchable directories and databases providing women and woman owned businesses with platforms for marketing, identifying, and discussing their goods, services and commercial endeavors either directly with specifically identified members or sponsors in a virtual domain or as part of group forums and chat rooms, none of the foregoing in the fields of government affairs, government relations, politics or public policy issues;
