Alcoholic beverages, namely, alcoholic beverages except beer containing hemp ingredients derived solely from mature stalks, non-viable hemp seeds, and/or hulled hemp seeds;

compression garments, namely, compression sleeves, compression socks, compression leggings, compression t-shirts, compression sleeves infused with one or more cannabinoids derived from hemp, compression socks infused with one or more cannabinoids derived from hemp, compression leggings infused with one or more cannabinoids derived from hemp, and compression t-shirts infused with one or more cannabinoids derived from hemp; all the foregoing containing ingredients being derived from industrial hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis;

Massage gels; massage oils other than for medical purposes; massage lotions; non-medicated herbal body care products, namely, body oils, salves, and lip balms, skin care creams and lotions; non-medicated topical skin preparations, namely, creams, lotions and salves, all of the foregoing containing hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis;

Retail store services featuring hemp-based goods in the nature of health foods, dietary supplements, nutritional supplements, herbs, vitamins, and aromatherapy products, all the foregoing containing ingredients being derived from hemp seed oil sourced from industrial hemp with only trace amounts of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and not featuring CBD; retail store services featuring hemp-based goods in the nature of topical hemp seed oils for pets, clothing, and hemp based products in the nature of non-medicated body lotions, shampoos, and conditioners, all the foregoing containing ingredients being derived from hemp seed oil, the mature stalks of the hemp plant, hemp fiber produced from such stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of a hemp plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such mature hemp stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), hemp fiber, hemp oil, or hemp cake, or the sterilized seed of a hemp plant which is incapable of germination, and all of the foregoing sourced from industrial hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; retail store services featuring vape pens and hand blown glass sold empty, all exclusively for use with industrial hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis;
