providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software for employee and payroll administration services, namely, for performing employee information storage and retrieval services for managing employee information, calculating employee benefits deductions, electronically submitting new hire reports to appropriate agencies, calculating and reporting employee time and attendance, providing employees with online access to personal human resources, payroll and benefit records and information, providing employees with online access to request time off from work and tracking compliance with laws and regulations affecting employees for others;

performing employee benefits administration, namely, calculating, collecting and depostiting payroll taxes for federal, state and local jurisdictions, preparation and submission of payroll tax returns and compliance reports, employee pension and retirement funds administration, employee health insurance administration, namely preparing and transmission of initial notices and election notices to applicable employees and respond to employee questions regarding health insurance administration and employee flexible spending accounts administration for others;
