Computerized on-line ordering services in the field of computer hardware and software, teaching supplies, office supplies, books, tools and equipment used in food services, tools and equipment used in groundskeeping and landscaping used by educational institutions, municipalities, counties, and nonprofit organizations; executive search and placement services; and human resources consultation;

Providing financial services to governmental entities, namely, funds investment consultation and financial analysis and consultation; electronic processing of Medicaid reimbursement claims; and risk management;

Educational services, namely, conducting training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences in the fields of school board operations and governance, risk management, financial services, environmental services, and child care;

Legal services; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for use in announcing, preparing, and conducting business meetings, and in preparing and posting documents used in business meetings; and providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for searching and downloading school board policies;

Child care centers and child care services;

Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software by which local government entities are able to search and download school board policies specific to such local government entities;

Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for allowing local government entities to search, view, and download school board policies specific to such local government entities;

Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for use in announcing, preparing, and conducting business meetings, and in preparing and posting documents used in business meetings;
