Disaster relief vehicles, namely trucks and vans, equipped with emergency communications equipment;

Technical support, namely monitoring of temporary communications links in network systems provided through disaster relief vehicles;

Disaster relief vehicles, namely trucks and vans, equipped with emergency communications equipment;
