The mark consists of a black background with capitalized, boldfaced words "SERNE SOUND" in the color white set above a capitalized word "PRODUCTIONS," set below three equilateral triangles. A star appears along the outer left edge of the triangle on the left. The bottom edge of the triangle on the left begins on the left side above the "E" in "SERENE" and continues along this axis until it reaches the "E" in "SERENE." The triangle on the left has a star image embedded along the bottom edge of the triangle. The interior of the triangle on the left contains a second equilateral triangle divided into three equal segments. The segment on the left is solid black, with a white line dividing the segment on the left from the center segment. The center segment contains a crescent moon pointing downward and to the left and the star image that is embedded in the outer triangle protrudes into the center segment from the bottom edge. The bottom right edge of the middle segment contains a spike that protrudes from the corner of the center segment into the center segment where it comes to a point. The segment on the right is solid white. The center triangle is upside down with one edge extending from the left to the right, from the second "E" in "SERENE" and continuing along that axis until it reaches the "S" in "SOUND." The two side edges of the middle triangle extend downward to its point between the two outer triangles and the middle triangle is elevated slightly above the triangle on the right and the triangle on the left. The interior of the middle triangle contains another triangle that is thicker at its three points than along its three edges. Inside the inner triangle, at each of the three corners of the interior triangle appears a crescent shape that is less curved than the crescent moon in the first triangle. Each crescent shape points toward the center of the middle triangle. At the center of the middle triangle appears a crescent shape that is a not quite fully closed circle that opens to the right and points slightly downward. Inside the crescent shape sits another inner crescent shape that is a nearly fully closed circle pointing in the same direction as the crescent shape that surrounds it. The inner crescent shape contains three spiked lines each of which comes to a point, one of which points downward toward the point of the larger center triangle and the two on the top of the inner crescent, one that points upward and to the left toward the upper point of the larger center triangle and the other that points upward and to the right toward the upper point of the larger center triangle. Inside the inner crescent is a solid white circle. A star appears between the second and third triangles at the upper right corner of the middle triangle and at the upper corner of the third triangle. The third equilateral triangle is upright with its base above the "E" in "SERENE" and continues along that axis until it reaches the edge of the "N" in "SOUND." Inside the third equilateral triangle appears a second triangle. The lower right edge of the inner triangle contains a white element that starts one-third of the way from the left edge of the bottom of the triangle and continues to the right, where it curves around the corner of the triangle, filling twenty percent of the inner triangle with a curve pointing to the left toward the center of the triangle. A white line curves above the white element from one-half of the triangle and curving slightly to the upper right, ending near the edge of the inner triangle. The remainder of the interior of the third triangle is black. A star appears along the right side edge of the third triangle near the corner of the right triangle and above the "N" in "SOUND".
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
